From start to finish

I have now finished my front cover for my magazine but to help you understand the stages, what I’ve changed and how I’ve changed it I will upload the pictures of my progress.

This is the image I decided to use for my front cover magazine, after editing and adding a title (which I got from a font generator and edited to fit into my picture) this is what it looked like. (Below)
I then began to add anchorage onto my cover, along with the small essentials like a bar code, a price and month. Below is my finished front cover.
As I am an indecisive perfectionsit at the last minute I decided I didn't like the front cover, I felt as though it looked unprofessional. So I decided to put together another front cover to see if i could come up with anything else that would satisfy me. Below is what i came up with.
After reassurance from my target audience, that my original effort was fine and would be just what they would see and buy on a shelf I decided to keep my first front cover and hand it in.

  1. Excellent production skills, ranging from image manipulation, page design and layout, font choices etc. Excellence also in the production of a second page - shows choice and variation. I like how you have consulted your audience to help make the choice between the two pages - again, research and feedback is excellent.
